School’s out! Kids across the country are excited about the fun that summer may bring, but unfortunately, too many low-income children are missing out on summer meals.
How ever you choose to describe it – a landslide, a standing ovation, a high-five, a big thumbs up – the results were extremely positive of a recent taste test of two of our newest items in an After School Program with Milwaukee Public Schools.
National School Breakfast Week (NSBW) is March 6-10, 2017. The SNA theme for this year’s NSBW is “Take the School Breakfast Challenge” to encourage students, staff and school officials to increase their participation in school breakfast. . . . . Resources and a comprehensive tool kit are available.
