As we all get settled into the New Year as schools begin their second half, it’s encouraging to see positive news unfolding about the benefits of school breakfast programs.
Last week the Dallas Mavericks teamed up with E S Foods to promote school breakfast by giving out free Breakfast Breaks at a pep rally event at Mesquite High School in Texas.
The Food Research and Action Center (FRAC) recently introduced its new interactive map that quickly shows you participation, funding and growth in each state for the School Breakfast Program.
