Time flies when you’re having fun! It’s hard to believe the summer is almost over and ANC is almost a month behind us. We’re all gearing up for back to school, but thought we’d reminisce with some funny pics from our Photo Booth at the ANC Reception.
From new sumptuous Stuffed Sandwiches to Simple Choice Meals, we have so many new SOLUTIONS to share with you at the School Nutrition Association’s Annual National Conference (ANC), July 14-17 in Kansas City, MO.
For every seven low-income students who depended on the National School Lunch Program during the regular 2011-2012 school year, only one child received summer meals in July 2012. This disappointing news was reported in FRAC’s June 2013 Hunger Doesn’t Take a Vacation.
