This year’s National School Lunch Week theme, “School Lunch: What’s on Your Playlist?” spotlights how today’s school cafeterias are serving up healthy menu items that kids want to eat, with increased choice and customization.

We introduced several new products at ANC this summer – ready to put on your menus this fall so that you can spice up their school meals. As you probably know, kids today like their food a little spicy – whether it’s nacho cheese sauce or pepper jack cheese.
