It is difficult to know how to put pen to thoughts right now. What a radically changed U.S., in a matter of a few weeks. A bright spot in and for our industry – we are helping feed school children. The need is great, and the team at E S Foods along with our plants, vendors, and partners, are working hard to maximize our ability to reach more students. While keeping up with current safety guidance and practices, our plants have extended additional shifts, lines, and overtime opportunities to dramatically ramp our ability to handle additional demand, and our suppliers and partners have responded to support that higher demand. And we continue to explore options to meet more needs. We are grateful to our employees and partners, and to the foodservice superstars feeding students on the front lines. Our thoughts are with them all, and our wishes to stay safe and healthy.
